I certainly second SpauldingSmails3's analysis and feel you should fix know issues first, before trying to roll out new ideas. Right now the game has become a joke and almost unplayable at times. Flop shots out of the roungh that I used to be able to drop and stop now run like jack rabbits, despite Cleveland Wedges that used to have awesome stopping power, but now let the ball run like a escaped prison convict.
As for the play out of sand-traps, well while I've never claimed to be all that good out of them, now well lets just say it a bad joke and the joke is on us the player. The greens simply reek of VME and while I do applaud the concept of the new Ultra slow/fast green speeds for club tournaments, in practice they are simply far to extreme and demanding for even the most experienced player to want deal with.
I too love this game and am extremely concerned with the direction the wgt seems to be going. New courses are most certainly desirable, but first lets get the game back to earth like conditions, where the normal laws of physics and Sir Issac Newton can once again prevail. Right now I an most everyone I've spoken with are experiencing results that are nothing short of having an out-of-body experience. Lets do a reset WGT, out things back to realistic conditions, where flops once again flop, pitches out of the rough can still be stopped with-out running a marathon and the game is actually fun once more.
