Unfortunately, the situation with the game and invitations, with game play issues that are constantly being talked about and experienced by most players (some will say they are not seeing those issues at all) it would appear that WGT Leadership is not the least bit concerned with the current state of the game and certainly not concerned with the attitude and feelings of it's players. Any other Company that is in business would have exerted whatever means are available to have corrected this situation long, long ago to once again make the game an enjoyable experience for it's customers. WGT, feeling zero pressure from competitors, doesn't feel the need to do that.
Restore our confidence WGT. Do the right thing for the customers and for the game. IF you need to be told the right thing to do, then maybe it's time for WGT to move on to something else because it is apparent that many of the players are starting to move on.
