What are we supposed to do ?

  I have been playing on here since August 2012, so I am not some newbie, and I have seen some bugs and problems appear with this game. Usually they are sorted out in pretty short order, however this problem with the invites has been ongoing now for several weeks.

  There have been innumerable posts all over the forums about it, after all one of the great pleasures of this game is the ability to play golf here with your friends. That has been taken away from us in many cases, some seem to be able to get invites through and I know there are one or two backdoor methods of getting games going. But these are all time consuming and quite hit or miss to get a game started.

  From time to time a mod will stick there head over the wall and try to placate us with some inane reply like " we are working on this and it will be back to normal soon " GREAT ! Is that a proper reply when something as basic as this is wrong with the game. Why doesn't the Top Man actually have the guts to say who he is and come in to the forums and explain what may be wrong and the work being done to put it right. This is after something bugging many people now and driving many away. surely its a No1 priority to put right. 

  I have complained politely to Customer Care about this and not even had a reply to acknowledge they have had my complaint. That is to my eyes very poor Customer Care. I suspect that money and the maximising of revenue take is the overriding priority of the WGT managment or dreaming up some stupid thing like the extreme green speeds and us poor players come way down the list. I suppose there was some money making motive with the CC clash con going on this w/end and that was supposed to distract us from the invite s not working.

  Well thats got that off my chest, so I may as well go back to playing on my own or taking a chance with a random game with others. 

  Would be a nice gesture if one of the mods reads this and does bother to send me a private message by my email address given when I registered all those years ago, but I won't hold my breath

  What are we suppose to do?...not much, playing the game, using balls, buying equipment and some or many players still using money here.

  There is no other place to go and that is WGT strenght. Unethical, poor customer care, customer service, whatever you call it, it does not change a thing.

  Wish the game what it was 3 or 4 years ago...or wish it was a real golf game (not the upgraded Links just released) competing with WGT.

  Well I guess since world golf tour dose not care about what players say then we should react.

  I think we all should boycott the game for a week or two.  And when we should not spend

  one red cent on wgt till they fix the game.  They only like making money. They do not care

  about the players. So If we quit spending money maybe these jerks will fix this game once and for all.  I am going to send a letter to all country clubs to help support my idea.

  And meet new ones, I wholeheartedly agree. Unfortunately WGT has deemed this a "low priority coding issue," or something to that affect. It galls you to think that they were OK for the longest time and all of a sudden within the last update, they're trashed. And now it's a low priority fix.  Go figure.

  Great post, it totally defines WGT on all point and game aspects.  I also agree on not spending money on this site for a week or more, and see what happens.  If anyone knows of a better online golf game, please post it!!!!!

  Idiots2, I would suggest you NOT post another game site on here.   If you read the rules of this site, that is a BIG NO-NO!  Expect to be rewarded with a deleted account.
