A tremendous idea to have a member-guest tournament such as this and I am flattered and humbled to have the opportunity to play with such an elite field

Here's several tidbits for yall... bored @ work ;)

    Based on averages...

Mac/Chris is #1 overall seed, Chris carrying the 61 average as a TM tis tis.

The toughest group is Derwent, has the #3, #11 and #5 seed, yikes...

The easiest group is none other than mine Buttermere, haha.. with the #13, #18 and #23 seeds. So basically don't blow it Martin! Don't tell me not to blow it btw, because I will, hehe.

The team with no pressure on them (highest seed) is Lawman/Doug.

All based on current averages, so as most of you know those are about as useful as this post ;). Happy hitting boys and girls.

The group matches need to be played by January the 3rd if possible, we thought we would give plenty of time as matches in 4's can take some arranging.

We take an unofficial break Christmas week, but if games are easier to schedule over the holidays feel free to proceed and use that time, but please understand the tables may not be updated instantly when you post the result!

Nice work on the stats Viz!

When I did the draw I had to split the group into daytime GMT players and night time GMT players, and then draw the groups from there, so I am kind of amazed that no 'group of death' has emerged!

The role of official 'statistical commentator' is still vacant if you get any more quiet days at work.....

We have had to make a change to the line up, due to a player being unavailable.

I am pleased to announce that TallAcePaul has stepped in to partner tiffer67 in the tournament.

    Good luck guys!

    Cheers Monty

I was just reading your post again Viz....

'The toughest group is Derwent, has the #3, #11 and #5 seed, yikes...'

And thought.... 'ha, what poor sods are in that one'...

So I went and looked, and damn its me....
