  I have heard over and over again to reset, clear browser, clear cache. That's all I hear and I tell you I clean every little possible thing on this PC not a laptop, I optimize my unit daily and I still have skip's, hesitations and no load/time out, no invites. And it does not matter if I change browsers. I can go anywhere on the Internet and not have one problem. I don't know how long this game will use that same ole line? 

  I just do not understand a company with all the resources and talent that comes with running a (3D) video game, can only come up with the excuse (yes I said "excuse") that it is my end and not ours. I have played enough times to know what a certain wind or dots are going to do, and I tell you I am lost when I hit into a 14 mi. head wind and it just flies on by like there was no wind at all, and then the very next hole I compensate for it and I get burned. That is the most irritating thing I can imagine. 

  Maybe you all should shut down for a week and fix all, once and for all. You can surely afford it, and if you do fix everything, just think of the revenue coming in to an outstanding game and no more reading of these issues for the rest of your duration as the Best online Golf game in history.

  Fix it Now, or lose it forever.

  Oh and you might just want to try and fix that meter problem that you keep telling everyone i fixed!  Geeze, you got to be kidding me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Mine is jumping about like a rabbit trying to avoid a hunters gun shots and Elmer's definitely not winning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Go bunny go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  did you not know that according to the pundits on this forum VEM is just an excuse for those of us that can't play the game well?  Yeppers, that's what I was told!

  I've all but put the game down permanently over the last month. Played very rarely last three months. If I can't get a read on the green then I suppose i can put it down for good. I've been waiting patiently to see where and what happens on WGT's end. I guess it was fun while it lasted, Will check periodically to see if they do anything. If not then spend my money elsewhere!

  My personal  view on the dots is that they are now ok.

  That is not to say that sometimes the ball doesn't move more than it shows, but that has always been the case on some holes, particularly at Kiawah.
  In fact , i always saw this as a feature tbh, guys with experience of the course would have tiny advantage over those who do not. I used to do ok there when I struggled to get my $ back on RG's , simply because i played it enough & knew the breaks better than most.
  
  I do think the dots are a little slow, particularly across some breaks at kiawah , but its fine, i'll just have to learn , please make an announcement if you do change them again for whatever reason just so i don't go crazy wondering why i keep missing.

  Mine has the jitters like a crackhead going through withdrawls. and don't forget the last mil. sec. before you click it jumps, this is only on my putter.

  This game is pretty much Fkd. I have played here since Feb 2011 and have seen some glitches and game problems, but never at this magnitude.

  I am seriously thinking there is someone fking this game up on purpose... Not even WGT could fk anything up this bad, so there must be some external force being exerted here.I play here to be with friends and chat about kids birthdays....trips on holidays...who is sick and who is well and all the other personal day to day stuff. That has all ended now, with friend invites gone . April 1 is my exit date, if nothing changes by then.

  I also should add it's not all WGT's fault as I do own some of the blame. I purchased a new PC late last year and took several weeks tweaking it for this game. Multiple browser's and other fixes. At this point I have neither the motivation or reasons to do anymore.

    It is easier to just say to hell with it. I only played here for the multi player games which long ago was screwed up. I do still have the old PC but really see no need to set it back up for this. Good luck to all of you and enjoy what you can get out of it. As for myself who know's. I'd rather play with my grandsons!

  I know, I know, I have said this before many times in various forum discussions , but it still rings true for me.

  Been here long time, not the best at any particular part of the game, but I do pay rapt attention to what goes on as it affects me with this game.

  I learned early on that their are many individuals playing here who have written time and again how to get your game on track, (meter,dots, etc.) and I have followed their instructions (as best a novice can), advice, example.

   At this time I recently suffered through the putting dots debacle, and the next day the unplayable meter.  Took 2 days for the meter, and as of today the dot thing may be fixed.

  The conspiracy folks here at WGT are making rude noises again!  How about that grassy knoll thing?  These entries are so out of whack as to not be worthy of an intelligent response.

  I have assumed over time that the WGT moderators do not put anything questionable on the forums for really good reasons.  No news is better than bad, or questionable news.  If the persons making all the fuss would go back and re-read  some of these entries, I am sure they would find them to be unfounded, overly critical, and downright amusing.

  I can not prove this but I think that who your internet carrier is  can be very important as to how well or how badly the game  plays.

  Remember it is a video game over the internet.  Enjoy it for what it is make friends, and have fun!     my nickle.

  ps:  I do not work for WGT!!!!! lol.
