1) I am sorry if I offended some of you with my language but to be honest I have read much worse in these forums (including this thread).
2) You are right, you do have the right to express any concerns you may have.
3) While the game is running smoothly for me, I do understand that some of you are still having problems.
The gist of what I was trying to get across is some of us (including some people in this thread) are tired of the constant verbal attack (I
wont' call it whining) on WGT regarding the issues at hand.
Customer service is well aware of the problems plaguing this game. With the hundreds if not thousands of E-mails on the subject being sent in, how would you expect them to reply to everyone.
I have worked beside IT's and I know how hard it can be to fix bugs and bad programming. Everyone just needs to be patient (I know that may be hard to do due to the length of time it has taken).
These problems are probably hurting WGT, due to lost membership and revenue, more than it is hurting us.
So lets quit bashing WGT and just let them try to fix these problems. I am sure they will
