Thank you for answering!!..Now next question....What is being done to get these issues under control so we can go back to enjoying playing on WGT?

Wqt has a lot of issues to look at. What the players need to do is ALL JOIN IN A STOP PLAYING FOR 2 DAYS. NO PLAY BY ALL PLAYERS. WGT Strike

Most have, though not all together. I have stopped for 5 days not so long ago, then a week just recently. Granted the week one i was busy but would not have played anyway. They will have been hit in the pocket as a lot of long term players have boycotted buying balls and ive seen a few newbie posts where they are also complaining and leaving after a short visit (more than normal).

Customer service is shocking, mock those who just want to pump money into your business. Never heard of that business model before!

Played a match earlier and i remembered why i stopped playing for 4 months.  The meter was UNPLAYABLE. EVERY SHOT It would pause just before ding or if it didn't pause it would jump past ding.  PATHETIC!  Instead of enjoying a round I felt frustrated and angry with meter and has made me not want to continue playing.  Instead of adding POINTLESS extras like gnomes (or the latest addition i dont know what???) smooth out the meter.

For me the game is currently running smoother than it has ever been. Both meter and ball animations. This is a 5 year old desktop computer with a first generation core i5 CPU. Windows 10 technical preview build 10041 and ie11. The previous build and using chrome did not run as well.

And directly bevor the build change with a real lot of open tabs in chrome the meter was very jerky and almost unplayable. So far I had no interest to try chrome again after the experience with an exceptionally smooth WGT with IE. But it only stays smooth if I limit open browser tabs and concurrently running programs.

The big overhaul of the game engine some weeks ago seems to habe helped with my software setup while you have big problems with it. And WGT has been unable so far to create a client that works at least with almost all of the different setups.

What currently annoys me that the bug that got introduced at the same time that makes the mouse unresponsive after a replay is still not fixed several weeks later. I proposed a fix that should be doable with  just a few minutes of coding and a few or maybe several hours of testing and at the same time gets rid of an annoying design error in the WGT web game client..

I am not ready to stop playing completely. But I would join a campaign to only play with free beginners balls for a while,

I just tried Chrome again. It first looked ok but after a few minutes the meter and ball animation began stuttering. This is chrome with just 2 tabs open in addition to my IE session minus the web game client.

Going back to IE 11 for the remainder of the game game gave me a smooth game again. Chrome with one WGT tab was still open during the play with IE.

must be a record....took 11 pages for WGT to answer whether or not they are going belly up.

Not exactly a confidence booster....and then of course we still have all the issues in the game that all i have really seen as a response is "we are looking in to it".

Hey theres an option we can get WGT to give us.....let us look for our balls that long and give us ball retrievers......sry forgot thats the cash grab!!!!!
