Totally agree. Nobody in our CC gives a rats whatever about scores or avgs or levels. Playing from different tees makes things more fun.

Aha... different tees yes, playing everything from unlimited easy tees is something very different.

    Wow ! ! !

This thread has really swerved off topic now - what started out as a subtle recruitment campaign for Read's Country Club has been turned into a slanging match.

However, I still have a couple of questions I would like to openly ask Read (the OP) which I hope he will give some serious thought to, before responding honestly :-

    1) If you were such a popular, hard working and key member of your previous Country Club, then why the heck were you expelled from it ?

    2) Despite your subtle recruitment campaign in this and previous threads in this Forum, how is it that you still only have six active members (5 x Legends and 1 x Tour Legend) in your six month old Country Club ?

    Please think about it.

By the way, if you care to look closely at the details of your previous Country Club you will note that the membership has increased significantly since you were thrown out.

    Best regards,

    WillieSinkit

New Question ,  asked here as a reply because I can't find the pulpit anywhere else on the W.G.T. Forum to ask an initial question since last writing months or years ago ...

Under my Profile Page - Stats - Driving ((((   Average Driving  Distance  274   ))))

My question; ... Does this number only include Drives hit with my Driver ... or any & all tee shots hit from a tee box including 3 Woods etc and Par 3 tee boxes where Irons count as a Drive .

    readtornot , several years , 3,000 rounds

One: Visit the FAQs for a possible answer =>

Two:Check it out by yourself - one game is enough.

    Three: Open your own thread.

Why don't up give yourself a prostate exam  with a lob wedge ... I don;t know you and don't want to know you .... It's been a year and a half since I've posted anything here , yet there's always the same foolish trolls waiting under the bridge , Jesus appeases  man, get a life .... move on ...  build up a project here yourself within the WGT .  Do it alone -  yourself .  It tends to build character , character which can resist responding to the manic depressives complainers who obsessively require the last word as if continuously stirring the witches cauldron of bitterness ...printed exhibitionism ... you don't need them , I don't need them .  I avoid writing their names , they're sick , and not a one of them has been a club owner not even once ...

    READ AKA READTORNOT  ..... PS , .... Thanks Sarge2545  , we know what we're talking about ....

    You really don't know me.

Most of my numerous posts are helping players, and indeed I am a CC owner.

Only sometimes, if questions are too easy to answer by the querist himself, I can't resist.

I also question your character since you get upset when your "right" to bother others to replace your own effort to find out something easy is neglected.

    Sir, have a nice day!

In answer to the posed question, perhaps this will provide a clue. If you hit the ball with a wedge when you're on the green it's considered a putt. I figured that out when trying to earn the award for fewer than 12 putts in a 9 hole round (or 24 putts for 18 holes).

Until you find out, probably best to stay of BOP3. That could really mess up your average.

    YMMV

I'll keep an eye out for a lost pulpit... Probably absconded with by an errant necrobumper
