    Hi Everyone,

    Here are the release notes:

TaylorMade R15 Driver and 3 Wood – Get the newest virtual clubs on WGT, the new R15 driver and 3 wood. Get higher launch off the tee with the new R15 virtual driver, featuring the latest driver technology from TaylorMade, unlocking at Levels 40 and 90. The top performing R15 virtual 3 wood gives you more precision, forgiveness and a slower swing meter, unlocking at Levels 41 and 84.

New Course – We’re continuing to roll out the newest WGT CTTH course, Chambers Bay, as part of the 2015 Virtual U.S. Open. Get your first look at the back 9 holes of the 2015 U.S. Open Championship host course in the Back 9 closest-to-the-hole challenge (full course coming to WGT in May).

Focus Boost – Slow down your WGT Swing Meter for those big shots you really need to make, with new Focus Boosts you can buy in-game. Look for the new lightning bolt option above the swing meter, available in practice games only.

Disable Swing Caddy – Based on player feedback, you now have the option to turn off the WGT Swing Caddy in your Settings. This is great for top players, that prefer to select their clubs manually, based on each shot.

Am i correct to presume WGT is bringing in a feature here which is essentially the main factor in the discussions about cheating in this game?

And you have to pay for it?

The already users will laugh their socks off

There are a couple of issues after this release like the club sound miss just after the swing, the readygo list not update, the images bug from the manual caddy and nothing more, I suppose.

The new Driver is looking good so far , but it's only a rental.

If I bought it then the forgiveness would by gone in 4 hours

Practice rounds focus boost...   what shot's in a practice round are ever going to be a "must make" shot?  LOL

    Too funny.

R15 3wd and driver, not suprised,  but at least it's not another 282 yard driver and now the Low 90's level Legends/TL's will get a few extra yards.  I'm sure we'll see a higher level version sooner or later.

I'd expect a higher level R15 driver to out perform the R1 , unless Taylormade introduced a new driver that isn't any better than their last 5 drivers in the past 18 months lol.

Disable auto caddy-  COOL!   Not that it was actually necessary, but we should not hear about the caddy giving the wrong shot anymore.  ;-)

Just played Chambers Bay b9 ctth. That's me had one round on each 9, I don't like blitz but you gotta look . Can't wait for the real deal to be released.

    LMAO!!

I turned off the caddie and absolutely love it, I also really like the view of the ball and shot with no avatar until you click on select club.

I had no sound or graphic issues at all, gameplay and meter were perfect.

And a new driver and 3 wood for those that need it.

All in all a very nice update to wake up to this morning. Fingers crossed it all doesn't come infested with bugs and glitches.

I haven't mentioned 'focus boost', I'm sure I will soon enough though...

Disable caddy does NOT work on the greens, which is the most important place for it IMO. The most common mistakes (for me): choosing a scale, then having a quick look at chip view, then having the caddy revert back to his choice of scale when going back to putt; and (for the Nike putter) putts in the 9 foot region when expecting a 10 scale and being given a 20 or vice versa.

I hope focus boost never gets rolled out for non-practice play, although this is likely a trial for doing exactly that. It would be an admission that WGT can't competently tackle the slow meter cheats, and instead want honest players to pay to have the same advantage on a shot or two that the cheats have on every shot. It would also reduce the guilt factor for the cheats, as they can tell themselves they are no longer gaining a scoring advantage over their honest rivals, just saving paying WGT credits.

Also, the order of clubs has been reversed in the equipment selection section for no apparent reason. Now the most useful clubs are last in the list, so you have to scroll all the way through the starter clubs etc. to get to them.

And the ball strike sound effect for approach shots also seems to vanish at random. Haven't had this problem so far on drives and putts....
