I was 7 under going into 18 on kiawahs ready go. Then my meter went bonkers again!!!

It cost me 2 strokes.  I shut down everything, use google chrome, clear cache, game booster, and many other things to prevent it. But it comes up to bite me at times...lol.

dosent happen often, but when it does, it COSTS ME MONEY!!!!

    COME ON WGT!!!!!!!

I will have to admit the meter has been rather costly to me as of late on some of the ready-go's! Very, very disappointing

If your meter really goes bonkers with a lot of stutters during the trip down the bar take a quick look at your drive activity light. You will probably see it flickering like crazy. If you do, just save and quit.Log off and wait until your drive activity indicator light calms down then log back in and return to your game and you should have a very smooth meter. It happens to me occasionally and logging off and back on has always fixed the meter. Windows auto-updates are notorious for causing unexpected drive activity that slows down your whole system until it finished checking for updates.Flash is very much affected by these random wild drive activities. It is Adobe who needs to find a way to make flash more stable during these wild drive activities. But as it is normally a free download for all of us I don't see it happening anyway soon.

Hey guys, that kind of fairness does hapen in europe as well was just playing on the St.Andrews course -6 ,  starting at 12 hole meter  stuttered like hell cost me in 2 holes 2 strokes. a 17 mph wind blew the ball that far left that it left the country and ended in ireland .a 70 foot putt roled just 45 and I could go on. I ended the round -1 hurray. And what does wgt do ??? not that much they just make sure you will leave the money in the shop.So why bother the stress if it aint a fair game.

When using Chrome, be sure to clear the Adobe flash storage settings, but leave the WGT web site.

Tools > options > clear browsing data > click the storage settings link at the bottom of the box.

Be sure all unwanted programs are not running, and all windows are closed when playing the game. A lot of people perform downloads and what not during game play which will definitely make the meter glitch. Use Chrome for game play only.

Also, repeatedly clearing of the Chrome cache will result in slow load times.

I guess it's a matter of opinion SGTBilko. Iron is still to new and some of the features don't work like the bookmark manager, and the full screen option as stated in the Iron forums. I don't see much of a difference, but that's just my opinion.

WGT is now in collaboration with Google Chrome as well.
