Hopefully those will work but if they don't you have the pictures above. Now to tell you what happened. On the first hole, Pat's drive hit the rough and had a big mishit to the left while I hit the front left fringe. I chipped to 3.7ft and sunk the par putt. Pat flopped to 10ft and missed the putt by quite a while. On the 2nd we both hit the fairway on our drives. I hit the front rough and he hit the fairway at the back. I chipped to 6ft and his putt missed by 2ft. I sunk my 6 footer and so did Pat. On the 3rd We found fairway again and I shot 30 yards short in the rough while he got on the green for a 54ft putt. I messed up my rough shot way too far and left myself a tough chip from the fringe. He putted to 1.5ft and I chipped to 9ft. I missed and he sunk it. On the next hole we had two exact shots from drive to lay-up. We left ourselves around 65 yards out. He was a couple of foot away and I was 7ft away. We both sunk our birdie putts and moved to the next hole. This game was last night so I can't remember what happened on the next hole, but we drew. On the 6th he was putting great so it was do-or-die time when his tee shot was 7.5ft off. I went for the hio but shot 6 yards too long in the high tailwind. I missed my putt by a few feet and his just lipped out. His first bad putt. He mentioned to me that that would come back to haunt him! On the next hole we both hit two average shots and he had a 30 footer uphill while I had half that downhill. He shot a few feet away and me 1ft. Simple putts in meant now it really was do-or-die time. I needed a hio again so went with my 3wood (230 yards) for the hole (233 yards). I hit the weeds and 30-40% stuff while he shot long too on the fringe. I played my best shot so far and was 8ft away from the weeds while he played a putt 7ft short. We both got the putts in and went to the final hole, both determined to win. He played an average drive to about 210 yards and I got very lucky with the bounce and was 188 yards off. He played with his 3wood onto the green. An inexperienced shot. He had a downhill putt of 64 foot. I was going to go for the green after my drive but played into the bunker after his shot. I then had my best shot of the match, going 1.5 foot away from the hole. He then had the greatest putt I have seen on WGT (and I have seen AvatarLee's 220 foot putt). Remember, with very fast greens on the hardest green he putted to 3.5 foot. Just to see how many are listening at this point, put on a wall post if you see this. His putt was unlucky, missing by 2 foot. He got in that one and I sunk my 1 footer. Extra hole now. Again, he hit the 40-50% rough 200 yards out. I hit the fairway. His approach was very low and rolled to 40 yards away. I got 18 feet away. His shot looked like a great one but ran to 10 foot. My putt was a foot off going in when it rolled by and rolled to 7 foot. I'd thought I'd blown it. Pat then missed the putt and to my surprise, I'd found a straight bit! Easy putt sunk, end of match.
Doodles
P.S. Since the seedings were decided my average has gone down to 70.32. It doesn't make a difference to my seeding though, as next highest player was 69.something.
