closest to the hole

  How in the name of all that is holy do they expect anyone to

  get real close to hole when you can't  put any back spin on ball?

  there are several 70 ft after 9 scores on tahoe and tibbets got inside 30ft before on kiwah...thats how?:)

  Aww man lets not leave out Bethpage with AvatarLee at 47ft, Badaboom at 45 & Miket4484 getting the best score at 44ft ! While some of us straggled in the 50s....  =)

  When I put the backspin on the ball my wedges pretty much stop the ball where I aim...just takes some time to practice.

  The back spin does not work. IF your ball stops its pure luck on a soft spot of the green. The only thing the back spin or ball striking dot does is put your ball higher and shorter or lower and longer. The way the ball lands is not very different, this is one thing that really needs to be worked on, or oh yea WGT has us playing "V" groove clubs before their time.

  True it doesn't roll back & I'm sure the wind, the green, and my aim have something to do with it stopping where I want it & perhaps some luck.

  since back spin obviously does not work, you have to hit it short and let it roll the rest of the way,  I have yet to get a low score myself, but many holes I can get within 5 ft every time, just use just enough power to land where the rol will take it to the hole.

  not to change the subject,  but how the heck do ya get to the green on #7 edgewood?!?!   I keep hitting the tree. cant figure it out.

  Wizbang 360 i just played edgewood and I hit

  A full sandwedge into an 11mph wind which got me on the green
