As you seem to know, there is a candy bar and drinks that help. And, as I remember it, the level up gig goes along pretty quickly on it's own until around the upper 80's, then it becomes much slower paced at each new level only to get much, much slower. You started this thread with mention of L98/100. Allow me to warn you; from L98 to L100, the tasty candy bar is long gone, but even drinking the most ardent zoom up drinks to the point of gossip, mixed with obsessive play, it will still take about 10 to 12 months and you, will be a complete "burn-out" ;-}
