abiity to go to new line in course notebook still not fixed.

Tried slow meter boost. It acts like meter speed 8 in my ball instead of 4. I missed the ding.

If slow a shot is cheating, what to say about sleeves of 700 credits high-end balls which slow alls the shots ?

That's a good point. Indeed the focus boost allows us to slow down the meter speed, but buying a more expensive sleeve of balls does it too. And if you use the focus boost on every holes that will cost you 540cr (18 holes). You can buy 3 very good balls with that. And moreover a slower speed doesn't mean an easier ding. When you are used with a speed, you don't like to change it for just one shot, even if it's slower. After playing the TIO event with the starter clubs, I need 2 days to come back to a good rate of dinged shots with my usual equipment. So changing the meter speed for just one shot, it's not for me (except if it becomes VERY slow).

So the focus boost is more a "hurricane in a water glass" than a cheat help. The only thing I don't like in this release (with the expected not solved green dots issue) is the meter speed of the new Driver. Come on WGT! A drive is supposed to be a hard shot. A meter speed of 4.5??? It's allready very easy to hit the fairway with a meter speed of 3.5, so 4.5!? That's a joke.

I would also prefer that the new irons (that I was waiting for a very long time) are available at L95-96 and keep the former R11 at level 90, instead of a substitution.

Try Again, @ 30 per shot for a par 72 course=2160 credits for 18 holes.  None of the balls are THAT expensive.

    WGTicon:
Focus Boost – The new Focus Boost is now available in all game types, to slow down your WGT swing meter on those big shots when you need a little extra focus, just look for the lightning bolt above your swing meter

Bad form right here, please have the design team rethink this.

    New bug introduced....

Using the game client to edit my equipment, after changing and clicking on "save changes" the game client "My Equipment" still shows the previous equipment.  It does not reflect the change. Upon reloading the game client, the change is reflected.  This happens on any equipment.

Say I edit my equipment and change from a L48 Nike ball to a L71 Nike ball and click "save changes".  Upon returning to the game client My Equipment still shows the L48.

At first I thought I forgot to click on "save changes" but when I returned to edit it did show the L71.

The equipment did change on the 1st tee.

It happens in both FireFox and Chrome.

Happened to me too Andy, i thought i forgot to click save as well. One step forward, 2 steps back it always seems with updates.

It's not a mistake. I've just considered that only the approach shots need the focus boost. I don't see the interest to use it to hit the fairway. On putting yes, that could be useful.

The new L90 RSi2 irons make the L97 VR Forged irons practically obsolete. For 4000 credits you get 5.0 precision instead of 4.5. That's it.

I'm not complaining, of course, since L97 is months away for me.

Question: Is it possible to turn off the focus boost for certain tournaments? The Tough-It-Out tournaments in particular shouldn't have the possibility. (I'd argue for the Virtual US Open too, but I suspect that's a big reason for the feature's existence in the first place.)
