In an ideal world be agreeing it's awful. Trouble is though we all know there are cheats, and they are using way worse. In practice, and may well be wrong, I don't see this thing being more than a placebo. See how it works through and all a shame, but I am feeling nonplussed because of the overall situation as I perceive it.

BTW why did the company also wish to stop telling telling people it's now your last ball. As soon as some one goes OOB you are back to square 1, no?..... Seems a waste of time, just moving the complaint an inch not dealing with it at all???
Not that I ever saw it needed dealing with but...
