There are two local rules in place for Chambers Bay US Open:
1. Stones in bunkers are movable obstructions, no penalty.
2. Sprinkler heads are immovable obstuctions and players may take a free drop if the sprinkler head is in the line of play. Meant for sprinkler heads around the green where a putter may be used from the fairway.
