Blue Screen - CC Final Round Credit Tourney

  Few tried it and all getting the blue screen........Guess WGT are fine with refunding all ball costs so far, and not pocketing any prize ?  One has already had to just WD............

  Wgt, how about refunding the entire 1000 credits we have invested in this tourney. AND then give every single player that entered a sleeve of their current balls.

  This is the only acceptable solution, if you want to prove you are honest & sincere.

  This does not come close to making up for the lost time we spent entering a tournament that wgt will not let us complete. Not to mention having a WD beside our names.

  Do us all a favor & forget about any more additions or improvements until you fix the basics.

  Bad enough when happens in normal cc stuff, but credit tourny they must pay it back. If all players paid entry fee or if someone put creds up then it needs refunding......They cant be ruining the fun and making profit from it.................can they?

  12 hours later (ish) still a blue screen.....I will try again in 12 hours, and hopefully again after that before the CDP time expires, and then WD.  Will be work for the organiser and several requests in to CS for ball usage for nothing at least, and that's before the argument that one has already had to WD.................

  Really v poor service.  Happily I am not signed up to any RGs etc, and so can let the no play easily run.  Losing the CDP is a real bore but I am inclined to not play until this resolved or  or until the tourney expires.

  Are there mechanisms in place at WGT to deal with this.  IRL if something is not available for which you have payed for etc a full refund is the minimum you expect and get........

  As it stands 4 round tourneys for credits are pointless attempting ??

  No one in the CC can get to it, not that many were in it, but not the point it's a few good people.

  EDIT: Please no try another browser etc stuff...done all that and so have several people from around the world...........This one is a firmly WGT issue.

  WGT informed me that they will reimburse credits for these type of tourneys if each entrant contacts them.

  Ball usage, they should but fear wont

  Customer services are great at giving creds back (imo)

  When i set tournies i fear blue screens also

  We have a big 8 course, 2 rounds on each 10000 cred tourny (very generous director)

  Now after each course he sets  from my handicap, so not too bad if blue screen as we can go again when fixed

  BUT We did it this way because of blues, more work just to provide WGT with a lot of folks buying sleeves to complete it.........Who wins?.....Answer on back of stamp

  Asked wgt for a refund on the 50 credit Whistler RG that blue screened everyone. Wgt acknowledged that & said they had refunded me, nothing showed up in my transactions history.

  I sent this to wgt over our 1000 credit HC tourney.....

  "Are you going to do anything about not being able play??????????"? The blue screens have come back to the CC tourneys, I can't finish this one 1000 credit HANDICAPPED TOURNAMENT. Made it thru 3 rounds & all of a sudden I can't complete. Tried everything & much more that you have ever suggested. All i get is a blank blue screen in the game client when I try to play this final 4th round. SO I WASTED 3 rounds just to get screwed out of any chance to win."

  This what wgt had to say....

  "I am sorry but we do not give credits out for perceived winnings. If the tournament did not finish we are unable to payout winnings."

  This is logical - who knows who might have won?

  The tournament host should ask WGT CS for refund of the credits spent by him or by the participants.
