WGTShamWow:
Hi All,
...These are ones that we are aware of and our Q/A team is working on fixes for. ...
All the Best,
WGTShamWow
+1(000) and thanks for the post.
It seems to me that most who are bitching about this post:
- Are long-term and experienced players;
- Do not have any formal education is computer code or software, and;
- Are bitching just to be bitching;
Additionally it appears that some think that WGT:
- Wanted this fiasco (because they obviously just couldn't stand to have a business run smoothly), and;
- Has made untold millions in profits (obviously board members in disguise that want to "out" their profit model).
Would it be better that this post was not necessary? Would it be better if these bugs had all been discovered and rectified prior to release? Would it be better if this was a perfect world where nothing ever went wrong, everything operated perfectly in every condition all the time and we all lived in a state of perfect bliss?
Of course the answer is "YES"!
However, this is not the case. I'm guessing that most of the idiots bitching about 'Why couldn't this have all been worked out/perfected before release?', have no clue as to how difficult it is to write code that has to work with multiple browsers on multiple operating systems with millions of hardware configurations and simultaneous running software? This a virtual impossibility for almost any programmer writing anything more than a basic program (no pun intended). From the responses from @WGTShamWow, WGT are aware of most of the issues and are working on them.
The last I checked, it was still a "Free" game. Only you and I have chosen to spend money with WGT. So you do have an option, no one is forcing you to stick around.
Until then STFU! and appreciate the fact that they are at least acknowledging what has happened and trying to provide more than a basic level of customer support.
