Dozends of players say those balls are like starters now here in plenty of main forum threads. All players in my CC and every player I know say so. And once again the answer from WGT-mod is only "bla bla bla, yadda yadda yadda". One more time it`s clear that at WGT they think their custemors all are stupid idiots.

WE can't shoot the mods.  It's not their fault.  They just pass the info along. Then the IT's laugh & throw them into the waste paper basket.  And have another jello shot.

    Sure?

Frequently enough, they are telling players to write to CS or to use another forum. The latest refuge is to post user's workarounds. Only scarcely they state "I passed this along" or "I fixed it for you"

There has been more response in the last two days but look closely to what they say. Take them by their words, don't expect any more.

They are WGT, hope is futile.

    Heya All,

Thanks for the posts. I confirmed with the devs that the stats have not changed on these balls from the old Hex Chrome balls. If you believe you are having an issue directly related to these balls when you take a specific shot, please submit a bug report by right clicking in the game client after the shot and put "Chome Soft Balls" in the subject line. This information goes straight to our Q/A team for that instance you were playing and if there is an issue it really narrows it down to when it happened. Please note that you may not receive a response from them but if a Bug Report is sent this way they definitely will get it.

    All the Best,

Sorry sham.  Why when anything is wrong we have to send a bug report?   With all the complaints Ray Charles can see all the problems here.  JMHO.  Beside, the bug report waste paper basket must be overflowing by now.

It must be next to impossible for someone at WGT to load up one of these balls and see for their self how they play. "If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bulls**t".

As ive commented on other related threads and shown a replay on one of them, then i wont bore you with same sh!te BUT...

All i ask is that do we know of any users of other Callys other than the 33 ones suffering the same? Because at a push i will go against my "aint buying dearer balls" stance and pay an extra 50 creds ....if they work,  but if i do upgrade and thay dont work then i may fly to WGT main office in san francisco and throw my imaginery balls throgh their windows (no quips please ;-)

    Bubbs

EDIT...Sham, if not already then please go on the cally soft ball thread and look at my replay mate. It was with nigh on full B/S . As said on there cust services have sent me some glenmorangies i was having to use, so thanks fo that, but summit wrong mate.

There have been reports about the L43 ones, too, and a few who complain about temporary issues (on - off) with the L33.

Still, I have no issues with the new L33s (but playing little now).

Curious if WGT dev team tests the program on different browsers/systems, or if they just assume everyone has the same gear and specs as their offices? Honest question.

Also, where is the reply button in the forums and how long do you have to be a member of this site before your posts aren't moderated? Think three years would be long enough, but . . .

    Hi MrAxelrod,

We do have a few different system configurations we test on prior to releasing. Moderation is based on how many public posts you have published, not so much on how long you have been a member. Thanks!
