callaway soft balls level 33

  since they started performing i used them for at least 6 games , both alt shot and a matchplay. i then changed to a different ball for a game then changed back to the cally soft. first game back and they are dire again??!! is this a common problem??

  Once again WGT , F*CK YOU !!! These balls suck , and you SUCK BALLS . Played ranked round Kiawah F9 , performed normal. Thinking things were back to normal, I tried this piece of shite on CB 18 Ready Go. Stupid me to think you morons would solve anything. Same crap performance , drives LESS than 250 yards when dinged with the R1 287 yd driver. Iron shots 10 - 15 yds short  in  bunkers. Seriously ??? Are you gonna keep feeding us the same crap about how they are the same ??? Listen to your players / customers for once !!! DO SOMETHING FINALLY. And yes , I've sent about 6 or 7 problem reports. The next one will state the real problem , which is you're a bunch of  a-holes.

  Man, I thought I was losing my mind.  Really notice the difference with my  TM RBZ L69+   3 wood.  Full swing, dead nuts(PING!) with 10 mph tail wind and 10 ft elevation drop and only carried about 215-220.  Right in the water on a hole that I always carry and if anything I'm worried about going long on.    Played the same round later with the exact same result. Lost several balls since the change to chrome soft.

  No, just clear your cache, unequip balls, equip them again, press the % key 3 times with your index finger (must be index mind), do an imaginery figure eight with your big toe (right foot) and whistle dixie............That should work ;-)

  Nice tip bubbs!! But unfortunately did not work...had another strange result though. Doing this, wgt gifted me 1.000.000 credits!! Wow..nice!!

   

  Was joking guys (wgt), don't get a heart attack. It wasn't 1.000.000 credits, just 500.000.

  These balls are behaving the same as the starter ball apart from meter speed

  they are so short carrying around 250 with a 282 driver they have no spin, and the ball flight is really low, so they dont get up high elevated greens

  played with my lasts hexs n they where fine, 

  Just played bethpage black ready to go, shot a 67!!!!!! coudlnt carry allot of the bunkers or rough, it was just like playing with starter clubs n balls of legend tees!

  Thanks for the post. I confirmed with the devs that the stats have not changed on these balls from the old Hex Chrome balls. If you believe you are having an issue directly related to these balls when you take a specific shot, please submit a bug report by right clicking in the game client after the shot and put "Chome Soft Balls" in the subject line. This information goes straight to our Q/A team for that instance you were playing and if there is an issue it really narrows it down to when it happened. Please note that you may not receive a response from them but if a Bug Report is sent this way they definitely will get it.

  Question about the bug reporting - does it work after the shot since how do we know it is bad until it lands? I can be fairly quick on the button but it will go to the next shot anyway

  Does it work by using the replay? I tried but could not get the menu 

  My shot was a 210 4iron, with only a side wind, went 155 in the air and stopped before 180. Not overly BS, no more than usual but how do I let CS know?

  hi

   

  it works well after the shot lands. you can even submit it next hole.

  it would also help to see a replay of the shot after you submit a bug report from the game window.

  Icon I copied mine on a thread and sent it to customers services as well. It's still saved on my replays, last shot saved. They sent me some other balls but said the same thing, that name had just changed. I really want to start using calls again but not able to until I know if issue fixed. Which is hard when WGT keep saying there was not an issue. Catch 22. So I ask is anybody using these balls again with no issues?

  still having issues especially with driver admittedly not all rounds but thats still not good enough

  submitted complaint to customer services,they replied the stats are the same so sent another stating i could read aswell but you havnt answered my question to which they replied we have merged your complaint with your previous complaint     great service thanks
