A good caddy would have pulled the pin!

    Nice shot!

cheers guys :)  i had a pretty good score going so i would have bitten your hand off for a birdie off the tee, so i wasn't too gutted. just sat there laughing!

never thought about removing the pin on shots, i reckon it's saved more strokes than cost me over time, but i might give it a go for a while

Sure you can. The button for it is on top right corner.

mate, that's even worse than mine being downhill! how the hell did that stay out?? gutted for you

i've had a similar shot in real life, trickled up to the stick, hit it and pinged off about 4ft.  the same round i thinned another tee shot and it slammed into the flag, got tangled up and dropped down 2 inches from the hole.

one good shot unrewarded and an awful shot that got all the luck in the world. just takes the two to come together and it's beers all round :D
