  So lookin forward to Wk 48 playoffs,

  Nothing on earth can match a good old stoush between the Antipodes,(colonials) & the Old Enemy.

  No offence Taffies & Scotties, but there is nothin more satisfying than Whoopin a Pommies ***.

  Entirely agree that's a great tournament and excellently administered, very well done. I'm also a little disappointed at the number of DNF particularly in the Canadian team, but so it goes. I don't know if I'd go as far as to suggest it was because they couldn't be bothered to play or whether it was because they forgot, or weren't able or whatever, but it is still disappointing. Sometimes life intervenes.

  That doesn't detract from this being great fun though and I certainly offer my thanks for being allowed to take part.

  DNF's are also due to WD's, i/e I stared the round last week at BPB with my Starter Gear from the night before...was + 2 or 3 through 5, a quick look at the posted scores for my team, told me no way I was going to be of help...I WD'ed and have a DNF.

  Lies lies.....you had your usual equipment and bought your A game with you....only +2 or 3....one of your better efforts Mike :))

  I understand that life intervenes and sometimes it is just not possible to play. I am off home for a few days so will not play, but will get my round in on the weekend.

  But when you see 4-6 players DNF, it puts a lot of pressure on the rest of the team.
