Best compliments to South Africans and to the others teams that advance in the tournament. Tyvm to my Italian teammates, for the results and the big fun, and to Carlo and Alberto for their nth beautiful tournament. I'm anxiously waiting for the next one. Ciaoooo

I wanted to thank all the teammates of Italy for its splendid past weeks behind this magnificent tournament.
Thanks to all you guys were great !!!!

Special thanks to Carlo and Alberto, who, as usual, organize tournaments beautiful and exciting ... you are ultra-talented !!!

P.S.
Congratulations to South Africa for the qualification, "be counted" to get to the final .... you deserve it !!!!

Congratulations to the South Africa team for qualifying, good luck for the rest of the tournament and good luck to the other teams who qualified.

Apologies for not getting my last round in - been on my holidays with no decent PC\Internet connection in sight. Not sure if the last few guys to play did enough for us to get through if not thanks for organizing a great tourney

Thanks to Team Italy for your congratulations and wishes...

Since this tournament started (back in the mists of time) Germany & Spain have been the teams to beat, consistently outperforming the rest. Good fortune for SA & RotW that they play each other in the semis!

Good luck to all semi-finalists and well done to all who competed.

Alberto & Carlo - there are a couple of positions available at FIFA for capable tournament organisers - you could do the world a favour! - Thanks & well done again.

Hello Everyone!

The Knockouts are over, and I must say there are a few surprises on the bracket.

Team RotW placed their best score in the competition so far and managed to best the UK.

Team Italy had a drop in performance, though South Africa made also their best score so far, and rightfully access the Semi-finals.

Very, very close match between Spain and USA, down to the wire, with Spain passing by just 2 points.

Australia did a very good effort with a good score, but it just was not enough to handle the lowest score (again) of the tournament so far by Germany.

The Leaderboard has been updated, and our engineers will soon start the updates again.

Best of luck in the semi-finals !!

For my german friends and partners.

Es hätte hier jeder Kurs kommen dürfen, aber nicht Chambers Bay. Ich habe den 3 mal gespielt und nun mit ach und Krach eine 31 hingewürfelt. Sorry, mehr ging nicht, zumal 2 Lipouts und an dem kurzen Par4 viel zu lang. Könnt heulen, hoffe Ihr macht es alle besser. Team Deutschland... go for final :)

And we're currently 6 points down, 4 to play on each side and one of ours hasn't played in 10 days. A tough situation, hopefully we'll all get good enough scores to cancel out a couple of 33's and 32's.

I was no help, sorry guys. Only -2 through 4 holes, with a simple, slightly breaking 5 footer for birdie. I've hit this putt a hundred times, and its broke a hundred times, not this time though, AND i missed the one back.

Well, after a couple of simple birdie putts missed at 6 and 7, I wd'd like a petulant 7 year old. Sorry again all.
