2009 WGA TOUR

    Kevimosley and I finally caught up with each other for the playoff and the result is that I won on the 3rd extra holes with a birdie to his par.  

    We started off on the par3 5th hole and the wind was howling at 25mph ! Kevind put his shot in the middle of the green on the top plateau whereas I was in the rough just off the green on the right side above the hole, after a nervy chip to 3 ft Keving lagg his putt close so we both par that.  The 2nd hole of playoff was the par 3 8th hole and this time Kevin was about 10y short with me about 5y below the hole. Kevin then lagg his putt to about 2 ft and my putt to win just slide by the edge of the hole for another par.  The 3rd playoff hole was the par5 16th hole and Keving put his approach shot over the flag on the fringe with me finishing about 3 ft from the hole.  Kevin missed his Birdie putt from the fringe and putt out for a par, I putted my in for a bridie to win the playoff.

    Even though it seem so quick we both played okay and I guess it could have gone either way. Thanks Kevin for a good game and well done for finishing 2nd in the tourney anyway.  Finally I managed to register a win after coming close the last 3 tournaments ! Thanks Ryan, hope to see you back soon and the tour to continue next week.

    Hey guys, Ryan hasn't even been on line for about 2 weeks. Someone wanna take over till he gets bac ?

    Okay guys, since Ryan is not here this week I'll try and help out by running this's week tourney, so here it is.

                                              MERCEDES-BENZ CHAMPIONSHIP

    • Rd 1 - Kiawah Back 9  (Easy Tees, Low wind) 
    • Rd 2 - Kiawah  Front 9  (Normal ranked round) _________________CUT_____________________
    •  Rd 3 - Bethpage Black Back 9 (Medium tees, Medium wind)

    Deadline - Round 1 & 2 in by Tuesday 29th September

    Notes -  Please DO NOT Play round 3 until the cut has been made

    iv just tryed posting round one score do we have to post round one & two at the same time for some reason?

    No Pigkiller. That was just a mistake by me which I've corrected accordingly. Thanks for pointing that out mate.
