Of all the sophisticated programming that goes into WGT, it's just downright maddening that all game clocks are not frozen during the off-line time. Imagine my disappointment to get home from work to find that WGT was off-line for maintenance and my third level (penultimate) position in a bracket tournament had expired during the down time.
Adding to the frustration was that I was up against a player that I had beaten before and felt good about my chances about making it into the final match-up. But instead, I was tagged with a "WD" and read that WGT is so sorry that I "missed the cut."
I've posted Customer Support requesting at least the refund of my entry fee credits, but I'm still hot that WGT doesn't stop the round expirations while everyone is shut out and can't get to their game. Please fix that.
