Hi, i'm Charle! I want to play golf with you, BUT only if you use equipment that is not quite as good as mine. I don't care if you usually play with g10's or i15's, today you will use raptures. Oh, and by the way, I am going to use my i15's. But, WAIT!!! I'm not done, since I am really not sure I can win, I will limit the courses that we can play to the 4 courses that I play the best. Now if I win the first game, that is it, I take your credits and run ... If you win, then will you please keep playing to give me a chance to win my credits back?
You sound ridiculous. Maybe you and X-many numbers should hook up.
HERE is what a real challenge looks like, but a player like you could not handle that action
#1 The point that is being proven is the fact that V2s are vastly inferior clubs to G10s and i15s, as was made clear in the OP, so don't complain about the equipment difference. This tournament is for those that think V2s can compete.
#2 I've only played STA B9 and OAK F9/B9 a handful of times. Putting an expert on those 9s vs. someone who has barely played them would introduce unwanted variables, namely their skill advantage on that particular 9. This is intended to be strictly a contest between V2s and G10s/i15s, not a contest between two players.
#3 They are not required to extend the matchup to a best-of-5 series. It is, instead, merely offered. If they want to prove it wasn't a fluke and truly believe they can win, it's there for them to accept.
#4 I offered to play Bolly in that thread, but he declined.
