  well we use to get 2 courses a year , then it went to 1, lets hope that it hasn't  dropped down to 9 holes ,but its not looking good.

  He said nothing about Chambers , just the new courses are hard to see in the future.

  the bug fixing seems to be a part time job at wgt too.

  less courses and more bugs,

  Not what a company wants is it ?

  well we won't be getting a new one this year, cause the Open is at Oak, and it been over a year for the 9 holes at PB. 

  I really thought the extra 3 day delay was for the b9, but now you said thats not going to happen.

  WE were suppose to have PB last year for the VT, and it never happen, so we were scheduled for Dec.of this year and we got 9 holes. 

  How are you going to have a VT competition on a 9 hole course? Play the f9 twice?

              I'd say their developers are a pretty busy lot ....

              If I had my drutthers (Mark will be along any minute :-) ) ... I'd rather have all Pebble Beach here immediately too ...

  Alan, I think you're right, chomping has been acceptable since the 1930s, but you have to remember I was an old fart even then.

  I was only in my early 20's back in the 1930's so perhaps became a little more tolerant of the bastardisation of the Queens English that the "old" folk like yourself.

  But back on topic lol, I appreciate Shams honesty (what a compliment to Sham!!!!) even if we do not really want that answer.

  But the course slow down (I exclude best of courses including Bandon) has been evident for a long time yet the quality and issues has increased. We get pretty much the US Open course now, so I would not expect any Open courses in the future. Most Open courses including Royal Troon will not want to be associated with WGT IMO.

  I'm willing to go out on a limb here, and say that the back 9 will not be added, but dangled as a carrot to keep players around for a bit. If it comes out, it won't be up and running until mid 2016 (if that soon). I seriously doubt WGT has any more courses coming out after PB. 

  Flash is on it's deathbed (go away you non-believers) and WGT isn't a company to sit back and wait for it to die. They were way ahead of the game, jumping into Mobile play, and Sky Trak. 

  The PC version will ride it out for as long as possible. And I'd say the cost of changing platforms would seriously outweigh the return....by a looooong way.

  PB F9 is probably it for us :-(

  We'll never get a definitive answer, so as always, everyone will continue to log back on, play a few rounds, scroll around a bit, and keep on hoping.

  Nice to have the front 9, though.

  Hopefully, I'm wrong. Pretty sure I'm not. It's either ready to go and they've decided to dangle the carrot for a while, or there is no back 9 at all.

  Jay they have had it for sooooo long , no doubt that they are keeping it !

  They are all out of ideas.

  Both on fixing the memory leak and how to keep the avg guy interested in this game.

  they have the usual guys ( us ) hooked.

  But in the long run , they are losing them.
