    Hi WGTicon,

Good to see you are still around, you must have been with WGT for quite a number of years now? I remember you well from way back.

I think I must be one of the longest serving members here, and as far as game play-ability goes, I cant say I have seen much change over the years. Its still difficult to me - I am no world beater, but I just love playing against the courses. The new Pebble Beach course is awesome - great job guys.

I to have occasionally upgraded my clubs, but not very much - and it does make a very positive difference - that's my experience anyway. I have now gone up to Tour Master, next stop is Legend. Yep - its taken me ages to get there, and it will no doubt take me ages to get to Legend - but that's my goal.

Clubs DO make a positive difference - there is NO doubt about that, but you have to learn how to use them.

Some courses are more difficult than others, and the greens are more difficult as you progress. Lets face it - if we could all putt - then we'd all be legends in no time.

Seriously though - I am from Australia, a long way from your WGT servers etc etc - and I experience very little problems with the game. The occasional hiccup - but lets face it - it is only a game, is great value - and hey, its not worth getting tied in knots over the odd hiccup, even if it is in the middle of a great round lolol.

Happy hitting - I'm of to Pebble Beach !!

    Cheers

Doug (alias Dorkfeatures - and NO I'm not going to go into my nickname again !!)

Love your entire post. Especially in the midst of all the whining going on in the forums. Get rid. Left you a couple of tokens of appreciation. I'd send you a new 3W as well, but it's best to wait for L73 and the X2 Callie. Please hit me up when you get there, it's getting close to X-mas, after all...

P.S.: I'm not being cheap with the L35 putter, I honestly believe it's the best bang for buck around. I'm still using it and will probably never change it.

Might take issue with those comments with regard to putting. At first those cups would swallow your ball like a black hole devours a nearby star. Now the ball  defies the laws of physics especially with the invisible glass cover and the little leprechaun  inside who thumps the ball out of the cup. But you know best of course.

I am sure I remember Alex but I can't believe its 5 years gone. Well, time certainly flies when your having fun.
