Free Christmas ball

  I got 3 separate notices between emails and pop-ups that there was supposed to be a free Snowflake ball given for playing on Christmas. I played several rounds of different types between club tournaments, WGT tournaments and bracket tournaments but did not receive any free ball.

  What happened? Did anyone else have this problem?

  Are you sure you scrolled through your entire ball inventory. Balls like this that they add show up to the right of the free ball, all the way at the end.

  If you did and it's not there, you can have mine.  ;-)

   

  p.s., You're not missing much. In fact, playing against someone using one of those is a bit of a pain because you can't see their shot for all the snowflakes.  LOL

  It is the same ball they gave us last Christmas so you wont see a new ball just a ball with a 2 under it.

  Yes, I checked my inventory multiple times. Also checked the transaction history and it just doesn't show up though everything else I did shows up. These free balls always show up in my inventory immediately so I really don't understand why this one never did.

  Have you tried logging out & in of WGT?
