    Yes i just have a pleasant experience regarding WGT customer service and would like to thank them for a job very well done.

    Actually didn't have a great experience to start off with.. Had to send reminder emails to get a response . But it has improved no fold and credit where its due last few interactions have been really nice! At least some advantage being a Nation member ;)

    Quick and very good. dealt with my problem within 2 Hours.

    Glad to see  WGT,  C.S    get   some good feed back,  well  over do.    I had always good experience with C.S  .

    I have mixed views of the CS & WGT.

    Their reaction time is good and they react to every e-mail you send them (CS).

    But my problem is that if I click on "missing credits" it never shows I have completed the ad or offer

    But I have completed those offers and fully registered them and have proof of it

    Therefore I never receive the credits for those offers

    So who is to blame ?  WGT or CS or those who putt the ad in place.

    Whatever I won't click on one again as no pay-out for my registration or effort

    I am sure this has happened to others. I gifted a sleeve of balls and accidentally sent them the wrong person...had the same name, but different number. Anyway, finger error on my part. I contacted a Mod and Customer Service and they both said there was nothing that could be done. I found this difficult to believe, given this is a virtual reality, completely controlled by clicks of buttons, however it appeared I was out of luck. 

    Normally I would have simply let it go and figured someone would be pleasantly surprised by a sleeve of balls gifted from a stranger.  I then found out this was a dead account...a level 4 Hack who hadn't done anything forever...which means the balls wouldn't even be used. 

    I contacted CS with this info and got the same answer....nothing they could do. 

    edit:  My sincere apologies to CS. I appreciate the correction and I can now say the jury is in and you guys did right by me.  Much appreciated. (this is a statement from a second post explaining the story in more detail. I'm sure it matters not to most, but I had to make it right with the fine folks at CS, and with one Mod in particular)

    Anyway, I've never received any answer of any value from CS until I stopped
    wasting my time with them (Jan. 12).

    And lately, I've been put down by my most favoured mod - who can I call now
    (not being friends with Chad)??

    I made a thread a few years back in the same vein as Mark's and I was gifted balls by Win1soon for starting such a refreshing good news thread.

    I'll never forget it.

    As a new CC owner their help is invaluable.
