Current Rental Bug

  Hi all,

   

  I know it has been a frustrating weekend with the Rentals.  We are aware of the issues and are hoping to have a fix in as quick as possible.  I am hoping to get some more info on a fix tomorrow so if I do hear I will update this thread.

  So I rented yours and Icons little bungalow two weeks ago.

  Now my head itches and I have all these little bite marks on me.

  So, ....help?

  You sure have long weekends, Shoe - this issue has been around for more than seven months!

  Sounds like you got crabs.....

  Instructions for crab removal from one of my CC friends:

  1. Fill bathtub full of water.

  2. Place 3 or 4 large rocks into the tub.

  3. Get into the tub.

  4. Pull the plug until the water level is about 1/2 way up the rocks.

  5. The crabs, thinking it's low tide, will crawl off your body onto the rocks.

  6. Get slowly out of the bath and avoid disturbing the rocks.

  LOL,,,,,,,,WHOA! Sounds like a lot of work.

  OR,,,just go and buy some, whats that shampoo called,,,or yeah, 911 "shampoo". I think thats what it is called,,,,seriously,,LOL!

  renting equipment ruin your game like it did for me i cant equip my iron set back and without it cant play any game 

  so pla dont rent equipments

  If you're having this issue you can contact customer support using the Contact link at the bottom of the page, or if you have access to a smart device you can download and log in to the WGT app where you can change your equipment normally.

  It happened to me yesterday while playing the Pinehurst tournament. And I was not using rental clubs at all. On fairways only I could not switch to my irons; only drivers and wedges. Which did not help at all. And I cleared everything prior to changing club sets as well. And if I'm not losing my mind; I'd swear I noticed that the bottom half of my clubs I chose were invisible, during the process on my avatar.

  The fix has been released.  You will need to close your browser down and reopen for it to take hold.  Also not a bad idea to clear your cache as well.
