If this was a TopGolf suggestion, god help us in the future. Shame on WGT for implementing such a thing throughout  the PC game line-up. They can leave it on the mobile app as I will never use my cell phone.

It's not a big deal though, give it a few weeks we won't even notice it.

Not so Paul, I'm still not use to the neon green invite friends on the left pane.

Wondered what fuss was about, then just played Congress in club comp.

Thes flashes are not good WGT, sorry.

Does give discomfort to the eyes, plus hope not linked as my meter has been great for a long time, but choppy today and even lost a ball OOB on my drive with a massiff spike (par 5 over water hole). That is something i aint had for a long time..........not happy!!!!!

    Bubbs

    ScottHope:

My thoughts about the new in-game graphics....

I don't think you youngsters at WGT R&D have given much thought to the fact that a good proportion of your clientele are no longer 16 years of age!

As we get older our eyes deteriorate, and it certainly was not a good idea to inflict blindingly white text across our screens every few minutes.

If your R&D employees would care to do a simple test on yourselves and look at a bright light for a few seconds then look away, you would discover that you can still see a ghost of that white light for a short time even though you are no longer looking at it. As you get older, the period of time for that ghost image to disappear gets longer, therefore if you are trying to focus on things on a computer screen after you have just been blinded by bright white text, does not make for a very enjoyable gaming experience.

Please would you consider giving us the option to turn off this bright text on our screens or even remove it, as your older customers will not appreciate this one little bit.

    Thank you.

    +1

At least let me turn it off.

Just one concern with it, With the sudden shockwave of light like that, would it be dangerous for people who suffer from epileptic fits.  Can it be turned off.  Just wondering.

That and the bright light hurting the eyes of people that are ultra sensitive ti bright lights. When i first saw it when I landed on the fairway was a new award of some kind because that is sort of how the awards pop up on screen.

And No I find no way to turn it off.

That too I suppose.   I think it might be a good idea to have an on/off switch for that.

The usual whiny players... In the GAME SETTING there is a choice: FLASH QUALITY. just set it on low and the light won't disturb you anymore! lol

A possible source for their uninspired insipid inspiration....and i feel anything but like Superman. lol

Now awaiting Andyson's next issue of the National WGT enquirer with interest - Is it a bird? is it a plane? No it's IconMan (hopefully flying complete with pink tutu)!

Instead of introducing Pebble Beach B9......instead of fixing connectivity issues.....wait for it.....wait for it.....

WE GET "ON THE FAIRWAY", "ON THE GREEN", "BIRDIE" OR WHATEVER flashing at us on every shot!

    Welcome to WGT!

So tell me what drugs you take in the morning before you go to work and decide to go back to the 60th and code the new psychodelic blinky-blinky "hooray I hit the fairway" ***. As if there weren't enough bugs in the game that are worth looking at.

    OMG

Wrong. I always use the low flash setting and the  exploding graphics are still way too bright.
