I said earlier, the usual chain of events begins with the IT guys loading untested "improvements" that nobody wanted or asked for, followed by a Mod apology tour, where they provide us with ways to work around or turn off the "improvements". The Mods seem to be slower off the mark this time. Maybe they out buying sunglasses...and aspirin.
