  As a new Legend I have to agree the handicaps you mentioned sound steep, even though it is mostly for fun and its free. However maybe take into account tier & average to come up with handicaps. I.E.- I am a L with 68 avg...I stand little chance against a L with 59 avg straight up. Just my 68 cents!
