  Played my match with leon he won 1 up. I was amazed at the consistency of 1-2 yards to the pin with free balls. This guy is truly a great player, my meter was all over the place( thanks wgt).....lol

  Thank you for the kind words. 

  I have to mention that Woody was sinking 20-ft putts all over the back 9 and eagled the 18th from 120 yds out to force playoffs.  The handicap and meter saved me.

  Iain and I had a tough time getting this match set up time wise but we sure enjoyed the round when we finally managed to get it played.  Iain is a good sport and ran into some unfortunate luck on the greens.  Thanks for the round Iain, I enjoyed it very much!

  iainmclean loses 3 down to bigcountry

  Aaron went off like a train and I thought it would be over by the 10th. However, the holes that Aaron had to concede were a help and in between times I managed to halve a few holes and actually won 1!! A very enjoyable game with a formidable opponent but a really nice guy.

  This was stroke play and he was giving you 6 strokes. Did you guys play it that way?

   

  *edit-NM, getting my tourneys mixed up. BC also has a mini WC match to play where he's giving away 6 strokes!

  Lol, no worries Jim.....hell I had it confused for a long time as well as I thought Iain was my opponent in the mini world cup.  Figured out a couple of days ago I had it wrong and managed to get the F9 in with my mini world cup opponent yesterday.  We are set to finish the round today.
