  i like everyone's response...gr8 input   so here's a thought, wgt , puts in the Masters...players qualify to play ., = so many in each tier., then ., cut lines are provided., then so many players  play 2 rounds. = cut line established &  then so many players play the week-end & hopefully., on moving day., can make a move...might happen depending on  a lot of variables....AL

  TW had Augusta on the 2011 pga Tour as a Exmember of this defunct online game l played Augusta many Time

  Many Links players remember the courses you could download when that game was going strong. I have a ton of famous courses on hard drive and the Augusta version is so realistic you're able to follow televised events, playing shot for shot whoever you were following. 

  I could put up with that version here as another 'toon course.  :-)

  Amen to that jim I could to, but just think how good it would be if wgt got to go there                 andHd Photograph it and mapped it all out, Awesome

  Another thing l remember when l played TW online all Tourny matches were played as Uneven Lies as Standard gameplay  no option to change it, and on The Augusta course until you learned it the scores could be horrific.

            Forget 3,putting  it was more like 6, putting some of those greens, TW at its Height had 31 Courses to play as a full member  for £30 uk a year  Talk about spoilt  lol.

  This is what made Links so great, IMO. If you didn't know how to play natural lies, you couldn't be competitive. You had to know how to play the real thing.

  Fair is fair, though, you had all the necessary swing, stance and loft adjustments and they sure weren't anything like they try to be here. Draws and fades happened because you knew how to make them happen.  :-)

  just not sure that will happen, one last thought on that old Defunct TW online  country clubs were also a part of the game there, Except you could be a member of up to a Maximum of 3, Different clubs.

  l Ran a fairly big club and was a member of 2, other  clubs, maybe something for wgt to consider  to allow wgt players to be members of more than just one club.

  If WGT is still around and still has the VUSO in 2200 we will see if we get it or not.
