  I'm just back from summer travels for the past month, and saw these responses. Sorry for being absent and offline for so long. Thank you all for looking into whether or not you got your prizes and posting here.

  I sent a reminder to Shoe yesterday and got a reply that he was sending out sleeves -- indeed he was pretty sure he'd done it already but it was so long ago he couldn't check.
