"Now that's a golf shot" - from a bunker or a terrible lie around the green, leaving a tap-in putt.
Most patronizing: "Very nice shot" - approach must end up at least 6 yards from the hole.
Followed by "Good ball" - this means you're in the fairway, but with no chance in hell of reaching the green.
