Duplicate CC Comps

  I getting Duplicate CC comps more often now.  I set up and start a comp in the country club and find there is two started.

  I think it might be my browser.  Can Wgt implement the Delete Comp Option (if nobody has entered) to all comps.   Just like the Brackets.

  We have had quite a few recently and as our schedule is full to brim then I've contacted customer services and they have been brilliant and removed duplicate within 10 hrs or so.

  Agree delete button would help greatly.

  I set up a comp just now and got duplicate.  Yes a delete button would be great

  I was going to do that, but thougt I leave em in.  

  What if they were credit comps and people have already entered them.  Would they get refunded..

  I think I stumbled on something.  I noticed this also the last time with the duplicate post.

  If you see the revolving circle after you click to start a comp it probably is having a slow load.  The comp has already started when you click.  The revolving circle will keep on going until it starts another comp.  

  See the circle and close your tab.

  ....and no I'm not on drugs if ya thinking    lol.   Could be wrong, but just an observation

  Yip it does work as Mantis says.

  Plus as you say mate, if it were a credit one I would leave it on. It does not mess with our 20 needed free slots.

  I had same issue and Couteneyfish told me if you hit create button and if tourney does not appear within 8 seconds, then hit cancel it will not make doubles and should still create the tourney its not a fix but will prevent it until one possibly comes.

  it has worked for me so far.

  Sent a report to CS about bringing back the Cancel button as it was removed for some stupid reason, but leaving it up to them to fix could be next year ! They have bigger problems like what kinda tee markers to give the Georgians next week !  How about a Sucker (lollipop)  rofl
