And honestly, do the High Level players really need anything more than what we have? We are already bickering back and forth over low 50's scores being posted.

    Agree with Don here...

...although I'm tempted to buy the high level blue driver and 3 wood to match my troosers.

So 2 more clubs another mid level driver and a useless hybrid . How many more useless hybrids do we need ?

Remember back in the day when we were in the middle of the pack? For me personally, I would have loved to have more club options available. I remember playing St. Andrews early on, when I had to go down the far left side off the tee because I didn't have enough club to carry. Also, as far a new clubs are concerned, continued Brand Name support is always a good thing for business.

    Well said my friend..

Btw this was only a rebranding from the looks of it but the 3wd is now missing... Only the 3H have been added.

There has to be a monetary reason for them to keep bringing mid level clubs to the game. Why not bring better high level clubs , and lower the qualification to mid level to acquire better clubs

Woodo. My gue$$ is that there is a larger demographic at the levels they're bringing new options to rather than the higher levels.  I would also guess that the clubs you desire for higher levels for the most part won't bring any new cash their way as I assume few need to rely on anything but their credits already waiting for something to be spent on

prob wrong about how credit rich folks are but we on the forums at least are a minority of any demograph regardless.  I can't imagine they see $new money$ coming from higher level players vs any and every other demographic

Nope,  we actually don't need anything more than what we already have, but new higher leveled stuff doesn't necessarily mean better, just different.  :)

Example, Paul tempted to match his avatars clothing or my fascination with playing clubs here that I do in real life golf.

So a 4-5 hour downtime that was more of a waste of time and resources than anything else

Personally, I am happy to see any kind of maintenance. Baby steps my friend.

When I was in the middle of the pack I had the clubs to play with and they were the mid level G20s . I took my time to level up tier up and upgraded along the way so coming up short was never a problem for me . Do we need more clubs at the higher tiers no not really but as I stated a hybrid that could perform as good as a high level 3 wood would give us an option for an alternate club .

My main point however is that with all of the issues that still remain with the game the downtime should have focused more on fixes and not additions .No matter the levels or tiers there are already plenty of clubs for all who play .. After all what good are the balls or clubs if the issues hinder the members from playing .

As for players shooting in the low 50s that doesnt affect my game . In fact thats not a concern for me . I dont play outside of my cc so RGs A/S M/P and premium tournaments  dont interest me . Especially with all of the issues with disconnects loading  game freezes and so forth . This is why the downtime should have been spent more on fixes and less on additions .

I would play a lot more A/S and M/P if there were not so many issues with discos and whatnot.

I play M/P almost every night. I've had only a couple disconnects in the last three or four months. Others I've played with occasionally disconnect, but it's not the norm. I don't play A/S, but from reading complaints in forums, that's where the majority of disconnects happen, which makes sense because connecting four players (different computers, browsers, operating systems) only adds to issues. If your ever up for a match, look me up after 9 p.m. PST.

It never fails to amaze me how a Management/workforce cannot reach an agreeable formula that helps all concerned, simply ask your cc owners  what the members require on a committee status, instead of taking pot shots in the dark WGT ffs.

Lo, that's exactly what I did, just needing blue irons and Saltire golf balls now ;)
