    Hey gents,

Aside from the very frequent meter issues, here are a couple of systemic issues I have seen and experienced first hand.

-Shots straying off line. Well struck shots shooting straight left or right. Sometimes gng OB. This seems to happen often on #4 and around green on #5 at Andrews. But, happens on other course, too.

-Shots being struck solid but gng far less then expected distance. I have had drives hit solid that would only go some 200 yards. I have had irons well struck(from fairway) go a good 20 yards less. This happens on hole 4 at Andrews often, also on #16 at Bethpage.  But happens else where, too.

-Putts showing zero break, breaking a fair amount. This seems to happen on Kiawah.

And the meter issues seem to get worse. I know it has been explained that it isn't WGT issue, rather the individual and their PC. But I do not buy into that. I play on other forums and have zero issues else where. But, what can you do.

These are issues I have experienced and others I have been playing with have also exprienced.

Oh, also...wind not impacting the ball flight. 18mph wind from the side and ball not change path at all.

Thanks, and for what its worth.

    -Don

I never post on here because you can teach dumb...but you can't fix stupid..and alot of posts about the game on here seem to be posted by people who can't be fixed...but I have to agree with all of what The Don 32 has posted here.

In regard to meter issues, there are many possible factors at play.  Please see the recent post here

As to the other issues mentioned, there is an intentional variance in drives, putts, wind etc. to add realism to the game.  You won't be able to hit a ball to the exact same place over and over in real life, and you can't do it here.

If you think that the degree of variance is beyond the norm and you've experienced a bug, please be sure to right click and report the problem.  These in-game reports send game state information to the bug hunters and help us to best address any issues.

    Thanks!

The meter is all WGT to get thier money back from us who buy thier balls , and as a month ago I send a report to them starting that I would not spend any more money on thier game until they fix thier side of it. For over a month now i can't buy any creitds towards new clubs or balls to improve my game. If  u say anything about boycoutting them they will ban u from wgt 4 a least a month, this has happened b4.

has anyone reported any issues with the meter releasing early?  It might be my mouse, but others have told me it happens to them too. Its been a real problem for me the last couple days all the sudden.

Heres what happens:  I click mouse and start pulling the meter up, but it only goes up a little way then the meter releases (starts moving down) even though I have not released the mouse button.  Then with my finger still pushing down on mouse the meter stops like I clicked and the end result is a 1 foot drive or a 1inch putt.

Very frustrating, especially like other night when i play 9 alt shot holes with no problem, very good match that was tied after nine holes. Then my meter starts doing what I described and gives the game away.  Wasn't a fun or fair ending, for sure.

    Thank you for the reply.

Im sure you guys get tired of hearing the complaints...I would. But the ones I have laid out here are solid systemic issues with the game. In regard to the wind issue, no...it isn't a situation where the wind is simply trhowing off the shot. In real life if I have a stiff breeze out of the left and strike the ball solidly, it will fade to the right no problem. Here, if i strike it solid it should fade to the right now problem. Esepcially here, since it is a program driven game. I encourage you to examine this issue further.

Any replies to my other issues stated? They are real issues that are happening, not just something for me to whine about. If this was truely a free game then I would keep to myself on these matters. But alas, it is not a free game. Folks, including myself, play for real money here. There should be little to no issues with these types of things.

Now I have a suggestion in regard to the meter issue. Why it is frustrating when it happens on the green(causing you to miss a 4 footer...thus loseing a match), what really burns is when it causes us to lose a ball(a one dollar Callway ball). How about extending the durability of the balls a fair amount. This should on some level offset the balls lost becuase of meter issues and would stand as a noble effort on WGT part that it isn''t happening for profit reasons(as many seem to think).

    Thanks,

    Don
