SgtDoodles:
I'm unsure with this kind of format... Do you have to play with someone else in the Open and then post the scorecard here?
Sgt
The answer is actually at the bottom of the rules section To save you some time it reads...................oh and ...Yes it is multi play
SCORECARD REQUIREMENTS
You may play with any player that is part of the competition in a multi play practice mode game. A player already played in a round may "mark" for another player. Both must save cards and clearly state who the "marker" was
We MUST receive scorecards from ALL players participating in a game.
Each round of the competition must be played within the timescales published. No player can play in advanced rounds before they are due.
It is no good relying upon your opponents to send in 'your scores' It is not acceptable.and can result in either a no return and/or disqualification
Scorecards must be uploaded to the WGT / Golfseeker thread each week for the game published within the time limits set
The reasoning of having all holes recorded is for Stableford competitions and also other competitions that require 'countback' and also for handicapping purposes. It is also useful for analysis that will be shown on the site for your individual performances.
What happens if I forget to screensave?
If you do not record your scores you are subject to no return or disqualification. In circumstances when the marker or opponent has saved your scores by screensaving, you may (at the discretion of golfseeker) be allowed to continue the remaining holes outstanding.
Hope that helps
Good luck in the comp
