as owner of my country club yesterday differents guys in my club contacted me to ask what happened on wgt ready go's. well, the problem, as u know ,is that differents players have played readygo's but their score doesn't result on the leaderboard.
Poowanai275 yesterday shot a 54 on Pebble 18 holes , fee 1500cr ... the best result!!!!
he played a par5 with a good result...same thing.
we are talking about thousands of credits spent for fee entry and others credits won that will not pay to him.
as Poowanai there are a lot of guys that are writing for the same reason in this forum and i don't see your answer...

he sent a msg to your support to ask you something about and your answer was that your are not going to pay him but u can send him a max control sleeve set.

you have to remember that wgt is not free so for all the players who
spent money or credits to play wgt tournament , buy new irons, balls and
evrythink else you have the hard work to give us the possibility to have a good platform where play.
is not possible that everytime you update a clash we have problems, everytime u update the game we have problem.
active players give everyday 100% to receive 100% not 50%.
so what we want to do????
i'm true sorry to see that all this situation happened for a new cat ball and some easy impruvments.
i hope that my players will write me to tell me they have back their credits.
no others excuse and shame for that situation.
