  For those of us using Nike clubs and balls, this is bad news:

  Tiger Woods was the first to use Nike clubs (I think)...it took several years for Nike to refine the equipment to his standards...now that Woods is passe...so goes Nike...at least in golf terms.

  Again!

  This is like the 3rd time they said this, usually followed by a new line of clubs LOL

  If they do, Tiger would possibly have trouble getting a contract with Wilson, much less any top companies...

  So does this mean no L100+ FlyPro irons will be added to the pro shop ?

  As Dan says, it is not the first time this has been rumoured.....but this time seems it may be official.

  Golf clubs and balls is not their core business and perhaps the sales did not justify the R&D costs.

  Please do not bag Wilson Dan....I use em lol

  For this game, they are just attributes attached to a brand.....maybe they can get Titleist on board now............

  Or is the real WGT news in more gimmick balls like the cat balls................... coming soon!

  Never cared for their clubs.  Also Tiger's and Rory's games went downhill after signing the big contracts with Nike.  Hope they go back to selling 10 dollar sneakers for $300 in the ghettos.

  LOL, Not talking about their clubs, I'm a huge John Daly fan, talking about the money they will pay for celebs to endorse their product,,, you wont get 11 million a year out of them...and I would think Titleist might offer about 1/10 of what he got years ago if they even want him...

  Of course as soon as I buy the L97+ superfly's, nike golf goes down. It's all my fault... Sorry guys
