  have completed several surveys in past few weeks ............and each time i have not recieved the credits promised,, waisting several hrs of my time while i could be playing golf ,, what is the point in doing these surveys if you are not going to recieve the credits .. over 1350 credits owed WTF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  There has got to be a reason, and I would suspect it is something you are not doing right.  I say that because I have never failed to get the credits for a fully completed survey and neither have many other UK-based players.

  As I can't see your free offer history, there's not much more I can say to help really.

  I  just completed a survey without my 175 credits as of yet. The survey ended with a blank page..I do wonder if i should have left it open until it said something.  

  Anyone tell us what the last page of a successful survey looks like?

  I "completed" a survey yesterday.  I got to 98% when it stated I had completed the first part and had the option of doing the second part for a bonus.  I clicked to say I was interested - immediate response - you do not qualify.  So after half an hour of my time, they get a lot of personal info and I get nothing.

  It does that to me all the time. Getting tired of it! Just completed another one and once again no credits. Not sure exactly where I need to submit a complaint to.

  I have had some success with them, but it is frustrating to spend 20 or 30 minuits answering a lot of personal questions and qualifying for a survey, answering 10 more minutes of questions and then get the " we're sorry there are no surveys available at this time".

  That kind of thing happens WAY to often. Don't tell me I qualify for a survey and then tell me none are available, that is Bullshicorn!

  I just got duped again. It says i qualify for a survey and takes me to a survey page and i spend 20 minutes or so and then after they get all my info it says, "sorry you do not qualify". This is BS. Not wasting anymore time doing them.

  don't give up. keep trying. Sometimes it may take a few days but I have made well over 10000 credits on the surveys in the 9 or 10 months that they have been available.

  Well, I completed a full survey yesterday too and never received anything....I'll just play with the clubs i have and tht's that...

   

  Update:

  Wow, i guess i only have myself to blame. I went back to try one more time. This time i qualified and completed a full survey. Once again, no credit. Happening ALL the time now. I don't know which is more stupid....Me for keep doing them or the surveys for wasting my time and receiving nothing in return as promised.

  I just did 2 surveys, took about 5 minutes each and the credits were added as soon as I clicked back onto the WGT front page.
