Where is my credits ?

  This is weird: I'd expect an entry like "easy" for "Tees". Is it really empty?

  That means default tees I reckon. 

   

  I am not certain about this but isn't there an option for owner to cancel a bracket tournament? If yes, does the purse feeder still not get refunded?

  You should be correct: Varying tees can't be displayed there.

  Yes, an owner may cancel a Bracket where nobody has entered. No idea about the credits though.

  a refund is owed. Do the right thing and return the credits. Simple item to fix. Thanks.

  Its only fair to return the credits due no entries to the tourney then all credits should be returned to the tournament host. Wouldn't think that wgt is that hard up....

  Posting in this thread will not work - contact customer services directly.

  Also sad when nobody enters a CC Tournament...I can understand there are not too many Champions, but you have a lot of Tour Pro's.....offering a prize and having no entries would not go down well

  The tournament was for a deposit into our bank , That's why no one entered it ,  We have a bank account and we make tournaments so members can make a deposit ,  No one enters the tournaments but me , Makes it pretty easy for me to win ,   There was a mistake made when the host made the tournament , He made it for Champion tier only , I am a Tour Legend so I could not enter the tournament ,  We assumed he would get a refund if no one entered , We were wrong ..  

  Its not sad that no one entered a 1000 credit tournament ,,  There are not suppose to !

  Even if the bracket is half full with players entered, the owner can still cancel the tournament, all credits are immediately put back in each players account. We have several times canceled higher stake entry fees because the bracket filled halfway up quickly and then the other half sat empty for weeks.

  Ahh fair enough, makes sense. Just a shame that WGT force CC's to create their own workarounds.
