It seems every day I have trouble connecting to WGT servers. What is going on?                    Instead of improving the system seems to be getting worse. I have a Apple computer            and can not even contact WGT to ask about the problem.  ANY HELP???????

    Hi,

What exactly is the issue? Are you able to login to wgt.com and click play now button? and if that works, what happens after you hit the button? does the game loads>?

I am trying to pinpoint exact place where error occurs

    Having issues here as well.

I can log on, start a game and get MAYBEE one shot in before the game locks up.  ONCE i got a message after about 2 minutes saying that the system was having problems and could not continue.  "please try again later".  Been 2 days now.

Problems here as well.  I too, am using a Mac with Safari, and for over a month have been having problems linking to WGT servers.  After entering username and password, I get the message 'cannot connect to wgt servers'.  I can, however, log on using Firefox or sometimes Chrome, but program runs 'choppy'.  Sometimes after trying the other browsers, logging out, and then back in with Safari, my log in is accepted (but not always).  Sometimes re-booting works (but not always).  I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Safari and Flash.  As I've confessed before, I don't pretend to know anything about computers so, if you have any solutions, please don't use any big words.  Thanks.

This is getting VERY serious.  I have to go hours, sometimes, nearly a day without playing!

    I KNOW...RIGHT??

    please help.

    d.  :(

I am also using an Apple Mac Pro with Safari 5.0.4, and am having some issues related to connection.  I can usually log in and play, but get lots of "...connection to WGT, blah, blah" errors.  Sometimes have to click "RETRY" many times before it continues.  Just this morning I was playing in an AS match and watched as my partners counter wound down to :00, then nothing happened.  No shot, no warning, just nothing.  I assumed there was a problem after a few more seconds and reloaded the window, but instead of being returned to the lobby the message indicated that either me or my partner had forfeit.  I found out later that the others were still waiting for me to return to the game.

I went to get coffee and came back to find an error message on the screen (screen capture available if interested) that said "There seems to be a problem with your internet connection.  A connection to the WGT servers cannot be established.  Do you want to retry?"

A few days ago I couldn't login to WGT at all, and didnt even get an error message.  I eventually determined this to be some sort of flash error and rebooted the computer, then logged in normally.

Sometimes the NEWS links on the WGT homepage do not link to the news, but in fact just returns a "http://www.wgt.com/#" location, which means nothing happens.  Again, I think this might be a flash issue, but I'm not certain.

given that 3 possibly 4 of the folks in this thread are using macs......i'm thinking that it's a flash problem with the mac operating system.
