  andyi45 wins 5 up v TedUp

  A nice spin with Gary who didn't have much luck at all on the greens. I got off to good start but once Gary warmed up it was very close and not much in it.

  Good luck with the rest of the competition Gary, hopefully we will play again.

  FCKIKAO 1UP over BUBBSBOY

  Was 4UP front nine but Darren made a great comeback on the back nine, I secured the victory with a birdie on 18th (Darren´s 2nd shot was closer than mine). Great match, enjoyed the company and chatting.

  Group 3, match 6.

  FCKikao beats Bubbsboy 1 up.

  Francisco started like a train, i was 3 down after 4 and 4 down after 9.

  I knuckled down to take it to last hole, i flighted a beauty over the lake to 4 foot or so........but so did Francisco.  He showed a lot of bottle with that shot.

  Great match with Dudleydivot, i got lucky early on in the game, was like an Aviary birds and eagles everywhere,i got to 12` on the 6th sunk the putt was nice, Dudley came back to me on the back 9 , my *** ate 2 cushions but i won  2 up.cheers bud, what a great comp guys ,hats off Finny and co.

  Group 4: Game 1 match 1(3) Dodgyputter beat Mfuston 2 and 1.

  Mike is a gent and would beat me more times than not.  I was never behind but he kept coming back, fortunately for me we ran out of holes.  The score was down to my putts falling in and his lipping out.

  Thanks for a great game Mike and dragging me up to your level.

  Group 1 - Game 1 - Match 1  (Andyi45 vs TEdUp)

  Played my match with Andy this morning and seriously got my butt booted around the block...I was never in this match at all...was down to Andy from the first hole until the last...was able to halve some holes, but that was it...he beat me handily 5&4.

  There was good, friendly, and enjoyable chit-chat while we played...and I told him I'll keep him on my list to hopefully partner up for a Alt Shot game some day soon...because, I said, I never want to play against him again...LOL
