Nike Products going away?

  Is it true that all Nike products will be unavailable in WGT after November?

  It's actually a myth, while Nike is leaving the golf club market due to the shrinking size of the game, they will be keeping open one factory to continue production of virtual golf clubs for WGT. They have a few lines at this factory producing clubs for WGT and given it's profitability they are going to keep it open.

  Yes, they will be going. Hopefully they come back this time next year after Tiger has reached 18 Majors by winning all 4 this year.

  Actually I was referring to Nike clubs being unavailable in this game after November.

  yes they will be gone, clubs and balls. WGT says *thru November*.

  Is there any official word on the balls Sam? I keep seeing the pop-up about the clubs but nothing on balls.  : /

  Is there any word of confrimation from any GURU at WGT or are they "still working on it"

  We all see the pop-up but no confirmation from the powers that be

  COME ON WGT GIVE US A DIRECT ANSWER WHAT is GOING TO HAPPEN AND WHAT IS THE WAY FORWARD

  STILL WAITING (OH SORRY ITS WEEKEND YOU ARE PLAYING REAL GOLF WITH YOUR SPONSORED NIKE EQUIPMENT)

  I admit it. I'm really missing what you're trying to say. Are you afraid that they're not going to replace them with something similar and then you won't have a decent golf ball to purchase? Is that it?
  
  I seriously doubt that would happen. But even if it did, there are plenty of other choices already available. It's not as if there's nothing to choose from.
  
  But you go! That's a lot of passion there in that post. :-)

  There is nothing more official, and they don't have the habit to confirm what they said.

  Therefore, beyond my reasonable doubt, Nike clubs will disappear through November, and I'm guessing that this applies to the balls, too.

  Well they way I see it Nike products , are anything that relates to golf ( other than clothing ) balls ,clubs, bags. Now if they can get away with just removing the Nike Logo then all will be good, but if there is some legal term that excludes them from doing that, well then they will be a lot of unhappy people.  

  WGT might have bought the rights to remove that logo also, if that was an option.
