+1.....there is NO way they will derail the gravy train.

As for the putter, on paper it looks very good (but so does the golden goose putter)......too good - that is where I have a problem.

I understand that WGT want players to upgrade, but it comes at the cost of the game becoming more and more of a farce.

what exactly would it mean in the big scheme of things to have slightly less balance??

Balance is what helps a putt stay on line. Think of how putting with a balsa wood putter would compare to putting with an evenly weighted, balanced putter. One you have to hang onto for dear life so the ball doesn't deflect the blade. The other you just hang on while it swings through a solid arc.

The question here is just how much difference a change of .2 makes when compared to the other 2 attributes that went up-precision and forgiveness. I can't see spending $50 to find out.  :-)

that .2 on precision make a bigger difference that you might think. And even though it is has .2 less balance it holds its line on longer putts as well if not better than the Nike's. And luckily I already had the credits to spare.

OK, you sold me on it : )

Not that it took a lot of convincing.

Free credits from vids are still on a skid, so it looks like I'll have to wait for a free rental. I just don't have the spare to take a chance on wasted credits.

Need to save them for CC Christmas giveaways.

    :^)

    I have GAS too.  LOL

And it's only gonna get worse while trying to scrounge up the credits to get it.

Yeah..played a few guys who use that obscene putter...they miss putts same as with their old putter. They don't read greens well, so all those dots mean very little.

Same for me; reading chinese poetry is easier than reading breaks and speeds. They never seem to be consistent (ala the wind readings).

A $50US putter would be of no use to me.
